Spark 2009 went out with a bang at a big bash at the BT Tower on November 25th! With truffles created by Beyond Boyle, models in design knitwear by Sparkler business From Pavement to Catwalk, and a Spark impact exhibition at the top of the tower, it was a real showcase of the talent within this innovative public investment program.

From Pavement to Catwalk Donald Waugh, the Sparkler whose business, From Pavement to Catwalk involves service users in all aspects of fashion, showcased some of his leading knitwear with the help of the fabulous model Alom.

The winning enterprises, Sparklers, Ian Austin and leaders from CLG, along with partners The TREES Group, Big Issue Invest, BT, Places for People, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and program managers Eastside, came together for a final toast at the top of the BT Tower looking over London.
